Position: Program Specialist Program: Residential
Function: To assist the Director of Services with all aspects of the Community Living Arrangements.
Reports To: Director of Services
Risk of exposure to blood-borne pathogens classification: I
QUALIFICATIONS: One of the following:
a. A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
b. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
c. An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
