In Memory of Harriet (Pat) Elizabeth Reeser, Royer-Greaves Founding Board Member

November 2, 1928 – January 9, 2026

The Royer-Greaves School for Blind & Services community mourns the passing of Pat Reeser, a founding Board member, devoted advocate, and cherished friend.  Pat’s vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment were instrumental in shaping the foundation and future of our organization.

From the very beginning, Pat believed believed deeply in the mission of Royer-Greaves and in the tremendous potential of the children and adults we serve.  She gave generously of her time, wisdom, and heart, helping to guide Royer-Greaves with integrity, compassion, and purpose.  Her advocacy extended well beyond governance- she was a true champion for inclusion, opportunity, and dignity for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, and have multiple, complex disabilities.

Pat’s legacy is one of service, leadership, and enduring impact.  We are profoundly grateful for her many contributions and for the example she set through her thoughtful stewardship and steadfast support. Her influence will continue to be felt in the lives of those we serve and in the strength of the Royer-Greaves community.

We extend our deepest condolences to Pat’s family and loved ones.  She will be remembered with great affection, respect, and gratitude.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 104 Channing Avenue, Malvern, PA.  Visitation is at 10:00am and mass at 11:00am.
